Scope of this statement
This accessibility statement applies to the entire website of the Student Health Center of the University of Ljubljana. The website administrator is the Student Health Center of the University of Ljubljana.
To meet accessibility requirements, the following adjustments have been implemented:
- Responsive design (content layout adapts to screen resolution)
- Support for assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, Braille displays)
- Keyboard navigation (for users unable to use a mouse)
- Appropriate color contrast between text and background
- Predictable website behavior
- Alternative text for images
- Use of multiple heading levels
Conformance level
The website ZdStudenti.si is partially compliant with the Web Accessibility Act due to certain exceptions.
Non-accessible content
Accessibility is continuously monitored and improved. However, some published content does not fully meet accessibility requirements, including:
- Scanned PDF documents
- Programmatically generated documents (e.g., annual reports)
- Complex data tables
Examples include the Decree on the Establishment of the Institute, annual reports, organizational charts, and other legal or specialized documents. These documents must be published under other laws, and full adaptation would pose a disproportionate burden. Such content targets a very small, specialized user group, and no accessibility issues have been reported so far. Nonetheless, the Student Health Center is actively working to make all content as accessible as possible for vulnerable users.
